Delivery information:-
Vapeorizer offers fast delivery all across the UK. We strive to ship every order at our earliest. However, we cannot guarantee when your order will be at your doorstep after shipping.
Orders received before 4:00 o’clock UK time on Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day. Whereas, orders received after 4:00 o’clock on Monday-Thursday will be shipped the next day in the morning.
Orders placed after 2:30 o’clock on Friday will be shipped the next business day in the morning.
Delivery time for all orders is 2-3 working days.
Note: The schedule of shipping can vary during State/Country holidays.
We are offering two type of delivery options for our customers through the royal mail:
- Royal Mail Signed for First Class / Track 24 / £4.95
- Royal Mail Signed for Second Class / Track 48 / £ 3.85
How its works?
Place your order online at vapeorizer.co.uk and select the delivery option. We aim to deliver orders within 24 – 48 hours after placing your order but delivery times may be longer during peak season. We therefore recommend that you book your delivery early. A next day delivery service may be available – please contact us on sales@vapeorizer.co.uk.
We will require an adult over the age of 18 with ID present at the address to sign for the delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.
If delivery cannot be successfully completed, your order will be returned to our store. In order for us to attempt delivery again a further charge will be incurred which will be collected prior to delivery.
Please ensure that you check your order at the time of delivery and notify us of any issues immediately to allow for corrections to be made where necessary.
We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with similar products of the same value.
We reserve the right to refuse an order and refund the payment within 7 days of placing the order.
Note: We treat your orders with extreme precautionary measures, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier services will also do the same. Furthermore, we cannot be accountable for any mistakes or errors made by carrier services in delivering your package.
